In weather like this (one day sunny, the next day sleeting), it’s easy to fall out of your usual workout routine.
I’m not sure what it is scientifically that causes us to crawl back into bed and sleep the entire day away, instead of getting on the treadmill; knowing it’s the healthier option.
Fitness trainer, Terry Brinson, recommends tackling your day “the night before, you’ll wake up already determined and ready to go!”
I never tried that before but I’m willing to do anything at this point.
