8-12 peeled, deveined shrimp
100 g Dry capellini
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 bulbs of garlic
1 large shallot
2 tbsp chili flakes
1 lemon
2 tbsp white wine
6 cherry tomatoes
100 ml seafood stock
50 g butter
20 g parmesan cheese
20 g basil
salt and pepper to taste
