PITTSBURGH – Pitt’s 2025-26 Atlantic Coast Conference opponents were announced Wednesday afternoon on the ACC Network’s ACC PM show as the conference moves to an 18-game league schedule this upcoming season. The Panthers slate features games at the Petersen Events Center against Duke, Louisville, Syracuse, Notre Dame, Clemson, SMU, Florida State, NC State, and Wake Forest.

Pitt will also make road trips to Syracuse, Clemson, Cal, Stanford, Miami, Georgia Tech, North Carolina, Virginia, and Boston College. The Panthers will not face Virginia Tech during the 2025-26 regular season.

Game dates, times, and television designations for all 18 ACC contests will be announced in September.

The ACC announced the move to an 18-game schedule on May 7. Additional information on that change is available HERE. The ACC conducted 20-game conference schedules from the 2019-20 season through the 2024-25 campaign, and last played 18-game league schedules from the 2012-13 through 2018-19 seasons.

Pitt returns four scholarship letterwinners in Papa Amadou KanteCameron CorhenBrandin Cummings, and Amdy Ndiaye, while also signing four players out of the transfer portal in Barry Dunning, Jr. (South Alabama), Nojus Indrusaitis (Iowa State), Dishon Jackson (Iowa State), and Damarco Minor (Oregon State).

The Panthers have also grabbed three signees without collegiate experience in Omari Witherspoon (St. John’s College), Henry Lau (Sydney Boys High/Sydney Kings) and Kieran Mullen (St. Thomas More). Pitt remains active in this recruiting cycle as it looks to continue to add impact players for the 2025-26 season.
