2-tablespoon butter
Salt/pepper to taste
Relish:
2 cups grape tomatoes
1 jalapeño or chili pepper
1/2 cup diced red onion
3 basil leaves
1/2 cup sherry wine
Aioli:
3-tablespoons mayo
1-tablespoon whole grain dijon mustard
