Tre Tipton Receives 6th Year of Eligibility

[Pittsburgh,Pa]  The University of Pittsburgh football program  and head coach Pat Narduzzi has to be thrilled that the NCAA has granted veteran receiver Tre Tipton another year of eligibility.

The 6’0′  185 pound Apollo Pennsylvania native has  only played in 30 games in four seasons hauling in 24 receptions for 265 yards and 2 Tds. Last season Tre only played in 3 games before incurring an injury during practice ; At that point of the season the Panther had 7 receptions for 81 yards a touchdown.

I know many people are or will say that Tre Tipton is lucky to get another shot at playing the game he loves. That is true , but The university of Pittsburgh football program is fortunate to have a young man like Tipton in its program for another year providing leadership on and off the field.  Roar on young Panther.
