Launch Party Celebrating the Release of the Children’s Book Lailah’s Lesson
July 10, 2019 – Pittsburgh, PA – Author Margo Hinton will host a book launch party on Friday, July 12, 2019 in celebration of her new book Lailah’s Lesson, a children’s story which connects the memories of her late grandmother to the imagination of her God daughter, Lailah.
The Children’s fantasy book, Lailah’s Lesson was inspired by the connection between the author’s grandmother, Narlie Hinton affectionately called “Mother,” who passed away January 4th, 2001 and the birth of Margo’s God daughter Lailah, who was ironically born January 4th of 2009. In the beautifully illustrated picture book, Lailah’s imagination pulls her into Mother’sworld and life experiences as she relives some of the milestone events of her late great grandmother.

The launch party is a celebration of the release of Lailah’s Lesson which is now available online through Amazon, Hinton will celebrate her completed project with a book launch party, on what would have been her grandmother’s 107th birthday
“The book will resonate with anyone young or old who has fond memories intertwined with life lessons and wisdom that can only come from a grandparent,” says Hinton.” “I wrote this book to honor my grandmother’s legacy and to capture the many life lessons she shared with our family.”
The launch party took place Friday, July 12th at the Pear and the Pickle in Troy Hill, Pittsburgh from 6pm-7:30pm. The launch party was a community celebration open to all and the author was be on-hand with signed copies of the book available for purchase.
