The tragic news hit social media and news outlets across the country. Legendary rock star, Tina Turner lost her son in early July due to an apparent suicide.
Craig Raymond Turner, not the biological son of Tina’s former husband, the late Ike Turner, was 59 years old when his body was found in his Studio City residence. Police concluded Turner fatally shot himself.

According to his Facebook page, Craig was a realtor in Beverly Hills.
Craig was born when Tina was 18 and was adopted by her second husband, Ike Turner. His biological father, Raymond Hill, played saxophone for the band Kings of Rhythm.
The “Proud Mary” singer, who we’re told is currently in Paris for Haute Couture Fashion Week, also has another son, 57-year-old Ronnie Turner.
A rep for Tina did not immediately return our request for comment.
